This bong is truly something special. The design and the percs are flawless. I feel lucky to have found bat kounty. I have purchased multiple diamond glass bongs from them. Diamond glass is my favorite bong company and bat kounty has the best selection and best prices on the internet. No worries ever about the bong coming damaged they are pros at packing it. Don't be afraid to ask there company service for anything. They even gave me a free bubble cap because I asked if I could switch it out for the spoon bowl. They did and gave me an extra bong bowl too on top of the one with the bong. It meant a lot to me and I will be a customer for life.
To start this is a great piece to add to the collection. If I had to complain about 1 thing it would be that the color milky blue is way more violet purple . At least on my particular one. Still looks good and functions flawlessly but color is off. Rips are so smooth and cool . No throat harshness.
Bat kountry delivered it safely and within a timely manner. I asked bat kountry if I could substitute the free pipe for a 14mm bowl slide. Then sent both for free. I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend and will be buying more. Thank you Bat Kountry.
