Let’s start off with Bat Kountry, their people and service.
I had a few questions regarding the care and use of this Diamon Glass product before spending a nice chunk of change for a bong and my query was answered in a timely fashion. Polite professional and responsive to their client base. Much appreciated and will use them as my vendor of choice moving forward.
As for the 14" Triple Chamber 12 Arm Perc Bong, by Diamond Glass:
It is sexy and visually appealing on the web. When I received it, the trip perc bong was amazing to look at and one felt the quality right away.
As for putting this pup to practical use was another story.
Filling the unit was/is time consuming optimizing water levels in all three chambers.
Emptying and cleaning the unit was to be a challenge as well due to the center chamber.
It’s virtually impossible to completely empty this bong. One has to cycle water through it to give it a good rinse. If you are going to use a cleaning solution, make sure you are taking the time to thoroughly clear that center chamber. This will take time and patients.
It’s a great smoke, but maintenance heavy. I still love it

The triple perc action works very well, need to make sure all chambers are filled with water- but the hits are very smooth and not a lot of drag at all. The price is great for a bong like this, Bat Kountry was a pleasure to work with and very generous, plus cool freebies- definitely will be buying from them again.
